A Bay Area client bought a home near her Pennsylvania grand children and asked KHB to project manage the design and construction — from the Bay Area.  We learned during the pandemic that one can do (almost) anything via Zoom — as so we did.  The client was our eyes and ears on the ground, and we managed the project from California — having never stepped foot in PA… 

Her home underwent a full transformation: new kitchen, bedrooms, doors and windows. We knocked down walls, updated bathrooms, and added lighting to prepare this home for the grands' busy lives.
